As the sun sets over Darling Harbour and the first fireworks illuminate the water, Baia transforms
into a Venetian celebration of glamour, flavour and festivity. Guests will be immersed in the
atmosphere of La Serenissima – where intrigue meets celebration, masks conceal identities, and
every moment is laced with spectacle.
This is not a gala. This is not a ball. This is a living Italian celebration—vibrant, stylish, alive with
music, laughter, spectacle and culinary theatre.

From the moment guests arrive, the evening unfolds like a Venetian carnival:
